Eligibility: Items eligible for sale at the Vintage Market include vintage, vintage inspired, antiques, re-purposed, recycled and unique farmhouse or coastal craft style items.
We do not seek vendors selling mass produced items bought from a factory for resale. By participating in this event you agree to the rules and regulations below.

Firearms: The selling of firearms or other weapons is not allowed during this event.
Date & Time: Saturday, May 3, 2025. Advertised market selling hours are 8 am to 3 pm on Saturday. Early bird ticket holders have access beginning at 8 am. Regular ticket holders will have general admission access starting at 10 am.
Vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 8 am on Saturday and available for business until closing of market. Leaving early is prohibited. Depending on the condition of the grounds, vendors may be able to park at their spaces.
Rain Date: Sunday, May 4, 2025 from 8 am to 3 pm.

Location: Heritage Park/Isle of Wight County Fairgrounds, 21311 Courthouse Hwy, Windsor, VA. The event is outside.
Tents and Supplies: All vendors must furnish their own tents, tables, chairs, square, hot spot, and anything else required to sell their products.
All tents must have adequate weights or at least 15 lbs per tent leg attached to all four corners for use in windy conditions. Tents are recommended, but not required.
Pricing: All items for sale must have price tags displayed.
Set-up: Vendors may set up at beginning at 9 am on the Friday morning (May 2) before the event and must be completed by 2 pm Friday afternoon. The gates to the venue will be locked at 2 pm on Friday for the safety of your products. Security will be on site overnight. Gates will be unlocked event day at 6 am, vendors may arrive starting at 6 am Saturday morning. We highly encourage set up on Friday.
Spaces: The market manager will determine the placement of vendors at the market.

Spaces: There will be 10x10 spaces available on the grass and under two pavilions (covered roof only) with limited spaces available, on a first come/registered basis.
A map will be provided to vendors showing their location on the Wednesday prior to the event and will be sent to the email provided on your registration.
Food: Food vendors will be on site during event and under a pavilion with a designated food court seating area. We have a limit of 4 hot food vendors.
Garbage: All garbage, oils, grease, gray water etc. must be removed from the site after the event by vendor.
Prohibited: Smoking, vaping, alcohol, firearms and foul language are prohibited in the market parameters.
Pets: Animals are not allowed on fairground property, unless registered service animals. Animals must be wearing their service animal vest.
Removal from Market: Market Manager may remove any vendor for failing to comply with market rules and policies.
Sales Tax: Vendors are responsible for collecting/reporting Virginia State Sales Tax. Info at: www.tax.virginia.gov
Cancellation Policy: No deposits or payments will be refunded unless the market is cancelled by the organizer because of excessive rain or unsafe weather conditions. Refund will be minus pre-paid event logistic expenses such a porta-johns and hand wash stations.
Requirements: All vendors must complete the application, sign a hold harmless waiver and agree to the rules and regulations above before being allowed to sell any product. After the event, all vendors must be packed up and vacate the fairgrounds by 5:30 p.m. Anyone that has not vacated the premises by 6 pm will be charged a fee of $50 .
Waiver: Product liability insurance is the sole responsibility of the vendor.

I agree to hold harmless the Market management, Isle of Wight–Smithfield Tourism, the Town of Smithfield, the County of Isle of Wight, its staff and volunteers, from all liability or responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death, however caused, including, but not limited to, the negligence of the above referenced parties, whether passive or active, that results from my activities at the Market.
